Easy Returns

At Life Changing Mobility, we take pride in the quality of our products, but we understand that circumstances may change, or your needs might evolve. That's why we're pleased to offer you our hassle-free 30 Day Return Policy, designed with your convenience in mind.

Should you decide to return or exchange an item within 30 days of receiving your order, please reach out to us at info@lifechangingmobility.com, providing your order number. Our dedicated team is here to make the return process as smooth as possible and will offer you step-by-step instructions.

It's important to note that as our valued customer, you'll be responsible for covering the return shipping costs for the item(s) in your order. You will also be responsible for the restocking fee up to 15% of the purchase price of the item. However, we aim to keep the process straightforward and efficient for you.

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item(s), we will promptly send you an email notification to confirm the processing of your return payment. Please allow up to 7 days for your return to be processed with your form of payment.

Please remember that in order to qualify for a refund, the returned item(s) must reach the distribution center in "Like New" condition and must include all original packaging and accessories. "Like New" means the items should not display any visible signs of wear. Items returned with such signs of wear or damage due to use cannot be accepted, and no refund will be issued.

Due to the nature of some of our products, those products are not eligible for return, unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Perfect Sleep ChairUPbed, and UPbed Independence: are not eligible for returns. At our option, we will either repair or replace items that arrive damaged or defective.

Damages

In the unfortunate event that your product arrives damaged, we're here to assist you promptly. Please make sure to note any damages immediately when signing for delivery and send photos to info@lifechangingmobility.com on the day of delivery. We are committed to covering the costs of shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise, ensuring you receive the product you ordered in pristine condition as quickly as possible.

Remember to retain all original packaging for items that need to be returned. Our customer service department must authorize all returns before they are processed.

We prioritize providing you with the product you ordered, free from any damage. However, items that become damaged after use are generally non-refundable unless explicitly covered under warranty.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team via email or phone immediately to minimize return shipping fees. Orders canceled before shipment will receive a full refund. Orders canceled after items have been shipped will follow our 30 Day Return policy and may be subject to return shipping costs.

Additional Return Policy Notes:

  • If a particular vendor or product deviates from the return policy outlined above, you'll find relevant information in the product descriptions or product-specific return details.
  • Certified pre-owned or used products are typically ineligible for returns.
  • Life Changing Mobility is dedicated to serving purchasers who intend to use the item(s) for the duration of their economic life. Orders intended for "one-time use or temporary use," such as those for trade shows, conferences, promotional companies, or trade show facilitators, are generally not eligible for return under any circumstances.
